1982 Detroit Lions - Maxie Baughan
Maxie Baughan was a football coach and player in the National Football League (NFL). He played linebacker for the Philadelphia Eagles from 1960 to 1965 and the Dallas Cowboys from 1966 to 1970. He was a two-time Pro Bowler and was named to the NFL's All-Decade Team of the 1960s.
After his playing career, Baughan became a coach. He served as the defensive coordinator for the Detroit Lions from 1981 to 1982, the New York Giants from 1983 to 1986, and the Cornell Big Red from 1987 to 1989. He was also the head coach of the Cornell Big Red from 1990 to 1993.
