1988 Miami Dolphins - Tom Olivadotti
Tom Olivadotti was an American football coach who served as the defensive coordinator for the Miami Dolphins, New York Giants, and Buffalo Bills in the National Football League (NFL). He was born in Yonkers, New York, in 1946 and played college football at the University of Connecticut.
Olivadotti began his coaching career as an assistant at the University of Connecticut from 1972 to 1975. He then moved on to the Detroit Lions, where he served as the defensive line coach from 1976 to 1986.
In 1987, Olivadotti was hired as the defensive coordinator for the Miami Dolphins. He remained in that position for two seasons, helping the Dolphins reach the AFC Championship Game in 1988.
