Stacked Receiver Double Pass to RB
This play is more effective if you use stacked formations on a regular basis.
In this example, the play is drawn up against a 2 high defense, and the stacked alignments of the receivers draw the safeties wider than their normal alignment.
Notice that the quarterback is also shuffling away after the throw to provide a last option for a checkdown, or at least take a couple of defenders with him because of the threat of the throwback.
