Head Coach Game Management Sheet
This sheet is very detailed, and it includes sections for all three phases of the game, and their call sheets. You could easily make this double-sided if you prefer to stay on a normal-sized piece of paper.
As a head coach, even if you’re more involved with one side of the ball than another, it helps keep you in the game and communicate with your coordinators in their language in the heat of battle.

Up in the top left corner you’ll find lots of ideas for tracking what’s important on game night, including a section to keep track of the names of the officials.
If you’re trying to get the umpire’s attention in the middle of a game, calling them by their name is a lot better way to do it than just shouting “HEY YOU!”
There’s also a couple of spots to track big plays, penalties, and takeaways while you’re in the middle of the game. This can be extremely valuable when you’re looking for points of emphasis with your staff and your players at halftime.
Even if you don’t copy this sheet word-for-word, there are several interesting ideas here that can improve your game night experience and make things smoother.
